How to Apply

Welcome! If you want to become an exhibitor at WinterCon X, you’re in the right place. Follow the simple steps below to register your company, get your stand, and become a part of the Baltics’ biggest celebration of geek culture.

Applications will close on January 2, 2026 at 23:59.

Prices are for all two days of the event:

6-12 m²

60€ / m²

13-24 m²

55€ / m²

25+ m²

50€ / m²

The final price may be higher depending on the type of business.
