Putting your art out into the world isn’t easy. Finding the right space to share it? Even harder. That’s why we created Artists’ Alley.
It’s not just a row of tables - it’s where original art meets an audience that truly cares. Whether you're just starting out or already have fans waiting for your next drop, this is your chance to:
Get in front of thousands of WinterCon visitors who love original art, prints, merch, plushies, and more
Sell your work directly in a space where fans are looking to discover and support artists like you
Meet fellow creators, share experiences, and grow your artistic circle
Gain visibility through WinterCon’s website and social media
Build confidence by showing up, setting up, and saying: “I made this”
You don’t need a massive following or a perfect setup. Just your work, your passion - and a little courage.
If you're ready to show what you’ve made, we’re ready to make space for you.
Applying is simple - here’s how it works:
1.
Fill out the application form before December 7, 2025.
Only applications submitted through this form will be considered.
2.
Include with your application:
A square logo or picture that represents you
Photos of your work (and previous exhibition stands if available)
Images of the art or merch you plan to bring
Any ideas for your table decoration
Links to your social media or online selling platforms
Think of this as your portfolio: the more heart you put into it, the better it shows who you are - to us now, and to visitors when WinterCon begins.
3.
Wait for confirmation. We’ll email selected artists by December 14, 2025.
It’s not about who applied first - each application is reviewed carefully, and spots are based on total applications and the kind of work submitted.
By applying, you agree to WinterCon’s Artists’ Alley and general rules.
We may also feature your name, logo, photos of your work, and links on our website and socials to help visitors discover you.
Handmade, original products that match WinterCon’s theme (anime, comics, gaming, geek culture).
You should have enough items to keep your table filled during the event.
Your table must feature your own creations, directly related to you as a creator.
Goods can be displayed on the table or nearby, as long as they don’t disturb other artists.
No food, no items with strong smells, smearing, or anything dangerous or harmful.
No open flames or heating devices (lit candles, stoves, etc.)
Mature (18+) content must be hidden or properly covered (blurred, masked, etc.)
Reselling mass-produced items from online shops is not allowed.
No traced art or AI-generated work.
Each artist may bring 1 assistant.
IDs may be checked at the entrance, so artists and assistants should have them ready.
One full-size table can host up to 2 artists.
Tables are assigned in advance by WinterCon administration. If you have location preferences, let us know in advance. Once assigned, tables cannot be changed.
You may decorate your table, but avoid disturbing neighbors and visitors - no loud music or intrusive bright lights are allowed.
Discounted ticket: All approved artists and assistants must buy a €25 ticket. Tickets are available at the entrance or via bank transfer. Prepaid tickets are non-refundable.
Sales fee: 10% of your total sales during the event.
You’ll receive a special envelope for the fee at the entrance - sign it, seal it, and return it to the Artists’ Alley organizer at the info stand on the last day (third day for 3-day events). If you prefer bank transfer, let us know in advance and we’ll send you an invoice.
Setup: Friday, January 9th 2026 (17:00–20:00) and Saturday, January 10th 2026 (8:30-11:00).
Arrival: On event days, arrive at least 60 minutes before opening. A photo of your table will be taken at this time. If you’re running late, please notify the Artists’ Alley organizer immediately.

Artists must be present during event hours. Leaving early is only allowed for good reasons, and you must notify the organizer personally or via mobile phone (only messages).

Artists and assistants are fully responsible for their goods and table. WinterCon staff does not take responsibility for your belongings.
Stock reports may be required before and after the event (initial and remaining goods). Failure to provide these reports may result in cancellation of your registration or a ban from future events.
