Rules:

By entering Overwatch 1v1 at UniCon 2020 you agree that you've read and accepted the rules.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or adapt all rules as deemed appropriate by UniCon eSports and UniCon administration.

All disputing moments and other incidents that are not mentioned in rules are resolved by UniCon eSports and UniCon administration. Resolution is final and cannot be escalated.

Players with offensive nicknames or avatars are not allowed to participate in Overwatch 1v1 at UniCon 2020.

Registration is open at UniCon 2020 on 10.10.2020 from 11:00 till 13:00

Overwatch 1v1 at UniCon 2020 starts on 10.10.2020 at 13:00 and continues on 11.10.2020

Time can be set earlear by administration announcement.
Registration:

Registration is arranged by eSports zone.
Preparation:

Games will be held on provided PCs.
-
Players cannot use their own computers.
-
Players can use their own computer peripherals (if they don't have them - organisators will provide).

Tournament organizers are not responsible if player’s own peripherals stop working or malfunction.

If players cannot come to agreement, UniCon eSports admins must be involved to solve the problem.

If one of playing parties won't show up on match time or will have insufficient amount of players, team will be disqualified.

All players are responsible for the hardware and software they are given during the tournament.
Scoring:

Matches will be held on elemination (arena) mode maps.

The first Player to score 5 points wins the match and proceeds forward in the brackets.

Ingame problems and disqualifications:
-
If a player for some reason cannot continue the game, the game may be restarted, provided that the issue happened before the one minute mark. Teams must announce when they have a disconnect before those times and the game can be brought back to the lobby. After the time is up or a point has been reached games cannot be brought back to a lobby.

First usage of known exploits or bugs will result in a forfeit of tournament.

Admins will reserve the right to disqualify a team based on their behaviour at their sole discretion if something noteworthy is brought to their attention.
Spectating and streaming:

All spectators and non-affiliated streams are prohibited (that means subs AND coaches/managers).

Any sanctioned spectators such as tournament admins and/or affiliated streamers may not be rejected by the teams.
Prize pool:

Prize distribution goes as following:

Prize money will be transferred within one month after the LAN Final.
